Even though each card is a unique product, they have a common login and signup page. All cardholders have online account access via website login page or mobile app (available both for iOS and Android).

How to Create First Progress Credit Card Account

To start using your online banking account, you need to become a First Progress card holder. To do so, choose one of the credit cards from the list below:

After your credit card application is approved, you will be provided with the credit card and the account number which can be used for the first time login. In order to make it, visit the First Progress home page and choose a CUSTOMER CENTER blue button. A pop-up menu will appear and you will need to choose “New customer or problems logging in? Click here”.

On the next webpage you need to choose Create a New Account option.

Choosing this option will forward you to a new page, where you need to fill in your account number and last 4 digits of your SSN to sign in to your new account. Successful logging in permits you to check the balance state, observe statements and activities.

How to Log into the First Progress Card Online Account

After passing the first time logging in you may enter your bank account via the First Progress website or the banking application for iOS or Android.

1. If you would like to use the website, proceed to the First Progress homepage and find the CUSTOMER CENTER blue button with a pop-up menu, where you should type in your online ID and password.

2. If you prefer a mobile application, download it from Google Play or Apple store. Logging in to the First Progress app is simple – just type in your username and password. Successful logging in allows you to see real-time balance, available credit and transaction info.

The credit limit is equal to your initial guarantee payment which may be any amount from $200 to $2,000. There still exists an opportunity to get a higher credit limit of up to $5,000 upon approval.

What to Do if You Forgot the Password

1. In case you are unable to remember your authorization data, head to the First Progress main page, find the CUSTOMER CENTER blue button and click on it in order to invoke the pop-up menu with Click here link underneath.

2. Using this link will redirect you to the new webpage, where you should click on “Forgot your Online ID/Password?” link. By doing so, you will initiate the procedure which will help you to recover login data.
