Our Support Operations Section was up bright and early to get Old Man Gloom to Fort Marcy Park for the 100th Burning of Zozobra! 🔥
They were also able to see the Zozobra hot air balloon rise for the first time at the event venue, and Captain TJ Grundler took a wonderful photo at the event.
Our Public Safety Aides, Motor Officers and DWI Officers will be managing road closures and escorts today until the completion of today’s historic event. They will be working hard to keep everyone safe while traveling to and from the event. If you see them during today’s event, please share your appreciation
We encourage our community to view the interactive map for streets that will be affected by road closures and the time they will be closed.
