Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge (1)

If you’ve read any of our recipes, I say it over and over again. I like simple. Really simple. And this vegan peanut butter fudge doesn’t get more simple.

I don’t typically share a lot about us personally, but one of the reasons I like simple is because I’m a working, homeschooling, mother of 2 crazy non-stop little girls. I don’t have a ton of time to spend in the kitchen whether it’s for dinner or dessert or anything in between.

And I know you don’t either.

Whether you have children or not, you life is still chaotic at times. Because I can relate to the fact that you don’t have time, it gives me the ability to really try and make things as easy as possible.

The only time a recipe will have overly complicated directions or more than 10 ingredients is when I really think that you can’t have it still be just as amazing without the ingredient or instruction the way it’s written.

Luckily for us (you and me) this vegan peanut butter fudge is one of the easiest dessert recipes out there. In fact, it’s so easy, I almost hate calling it a recipe….almost.

Can I make Top 8 Allergen free fudge?

This can be done, but it won’t exactly taste the same.

First, you can ensure that you get a soy free dairy free butter like Earth Balance soy free in the red tub or sticks.

Then, you just need to use a nut butter that is safe for you. If you are allergic to peanuts and all other nuts, then sunflowers are your best bet.

If peanuts are your only allergy, but not others, try a cashew or almond butter, etc for a delicious spread.
