"Avoid Well Animal Clinic like the plague. I am not sure if clients are aware of the money-oriented obsession Well Animal Clinic has demonstrated over the past decade or so. I have paid hundreds of £ for my cat. I was their client for nearly nine years (happy to provide proof!) - they simply prescribe steroids or antibiotics, no matter what the issue is. They also charge even more for blood tests. In some cases blood tests or medication were not even necessary! I spoke to several vets in the area and it appears that a lot of clients have dealt with similar issues. Find someone else to look after your pet. Well Animal Clinic's services are close to extortion."

"West Hamstead Village Vet are PHENOMENAL!!My Weimeraner had a badly torn ligament, on his back leg - which they dealt with promptly, offering the best advice.Their customer service and care for animals is on the next level.Nothing is too much trouble - they literally go "the extra mile".Rosa is absolutely incredible - her "bedside manner" is so caring yet so professional; as well as being so knowledgeable ( all at the same time).Kim and Jennifer are also wonderful - efficient, helpful and informative; responding to queries and requests immediately.I would HIGHLY recommend West Hampstead."

"I have a brand new puppy and I got vaccines and check ups done for her in this vet clinic. All the stuff are amazing - so nice and welcoming. The doctor who I saw with my puppy was very friendly, knowledgeable and I could immediately see she loves dogs so much. She made my puppy very comfortable to get her vaccines done, answered all my questions and gave me good advice. I also contacted Village Vet’s emergency line a couple of times and they were very helpful and nice. Very glad I chose this vet for my puppy!"
